FreshBuyz – Usage Policy
- You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or visiting the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- All orders are screened and evaluated for the order genuineness. It is upto FreshBuyz to block any accounts for indulging in repeated fake orders. Order spamming, fake accounts, impersonating, masquerading, any form of hacking shall force us take necessary legal accounts.
FreshBuyz – Return Policy
- If the delivery is not executed during first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such orders.
FreshBuyz – Cancellation Policy
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled and FreshBuyz has the right to decide whether the order can be processed or cancelled. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by FreshBuyz and accept FreshBuyz decision regarding the cancellation.
